For 6 people
Time: 15 minutes
- 6 slices of brioche or crustless sandwich bread
- 100 g of White Taramasalata La Maison Nordique
- 3 large slices of Hand Sliced Smoked Salmon La Maison Nordique
- 20 g of Salmon roe La Maison Nordique
- Using a rolling pin, flatten the slices of bread.
- Spread the taramasalata on each slice then cover with the slices of smoked salmon.
- Roll each slice on itself to form small logs.
- Form sausages using cling film and set aside in the fridge.
- When it's time to eat, remove the film.
- Cut the logs in half, then decorate with salmon roe. Serve !
