Salmon Sticks

For 6 people
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 15 minutes



  1. Using a rolling pin, flatten the slices of bread.
  2. Spread the taramasalata on each slice then cover with the slices of smoked salmon.
  3. Roll each slice on itself to form small logs.
  4. Form sausages using cling film and set aside in the fridge.
  5. When it's time to eat, remove the film.
  6. Cut the logs in half, then decorate with salmon roe. Serve !
