The Imperial of Sologne is the caviar that you cannot do without! Produced in the Center-Loire Valley region, its medium-sized grain, its dress with black and brown shades as well as its firm texture make it unique. First of an indescribable lightness, the grain charms the palate and constantly renews its flavors until its delicious nut-hazelnut notes at the end of tasting.
