La Maison Nordique Keta wild salmon roe are collected from the Pacific Ocean before being carefully packaged and pasteurized in our French laboratories.
Despite the similarities with caviar, especially in the way of tasting them, the salmon roe are larger and offer different sensations when they burst and pour out a deluge of delicate iodized flavors on the palate.
