Your order contains delicate products, prepared with the utmost care for express transport to your home or place of work. Caviar and fresh products are carefully packaged in specific, isothermal materials, and surrounded by flakes to secure their movement. Orders are processed in our refrigerated laboratories, with particular care taken to respect the cold chain. The other (dry) products are sent in boxes and protected by bubble wrap.
Your products are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the registration of your order, to the address of your choice.
Any order placed before 10 a.m. from Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) is delivered the next day between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., subject to availability of products and destinations served.
Delivery during the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games
During this unique event, our delivery partner Chronofresh will be handling home deliveries in Paris & Intramuros from 18/07. Consequently, home deliveries by our couriers will be temporarily deactivated for the duration of this event.
Delivery times will be between 8am and 1pm.
Deliveries to Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) will be maintained.
Please note that delays may affect delivery times, particularly for delivery addresses located near competition sites.

La Maison Nordique couriers deliver every day, except weekends and public holidays, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for an amount of € 15.00 incl.VAT per race.
Be careful, however, if you are absent during the delivery, it will be re-invoiced to you.

The delivery of your orders in Metropolitan France (except Corsica) and Monaco is ensured by Chronofresh and / or Chronopost, every day except weekends and public holidays, by secure transport and with absolute respect for the cold chain .
