Towards distant taste lands
Traditionally, in Japan, Tonkatsu is a specialty made from breaded and fried pork.
The thick Kyoto Gourmet Tonkatsu sauce made from soy, sweet and spicy, will remind you of all the greediness of these grilled flavors with other meats, or on omelets or plain rice.

Our advice : For real salmon lovers, enjoy a fresh salmon steak, which you have left to marinate for an hour in the refrigerator in the Kyoto Gourmet Teriyaki sauce before cooking it, in the pan or in the oven, for a few minutes on each side. For an intensity of flavors when tasting, brush the salmon during cooking and serve it with a colored salad and a little grated ginger.
