Our advice : Bamboo provides a natural non-sticky surface. To make your own makis, place a Nori sheet on the mat in front of you, add the special sushi rice cooked on 2/3 of the sheet, flavor it with ready-to-use rice vinegar, add your garnish on a line (tuna, crab, salmon, cucumber, avocado, and / or carrot), roll up and enjoy!
