Dedicated to the refining of caviar, this authentic box, blue and encircled with rubber, used to collect the precious caviar of the days of wild peaches.
Beautiful object of celebration and desire, it contains the three great Sologne caviars of 30g or 50g. An original box, to savour our caviar with elegance and embellish any table.
Baerii Classic Caviar from Sologne
With its small black pearls, the classical Baerii Caviar of Sologne offers a very nice introduction to all caviar lovers. More mature, this caviar is refined to reveal itself better in the mouth: a power balanced between the fine texture of the grains and the frank, iodized taste they contain.
The Imperial Caviar of Sologne
Renowned for its high quality, Imperial Caviar of Sologne is La Maison Nordique's signature caviar. Its medium grain size, its black and brown color and its firm texture make this caviar unique. Thanks to a perfectly controlled and kept secret salting process, its flavor is incomparable. It is in the mouth that it reveals all its intensity and sweetness, with subtle notes of walnuts and hazelnuts at the end of the tasting.
The Imperial Oscetra Caviar of Sologne
If there is a caviar whose taste and finesse surpass all others, the Imperial Oscetra Caviar of Sologne is one of them. The nuances of its grains oscillate between charcoal grey and caramel and, in the mouth, the hazelnut notes are light, the iodine profile more pronounced. It is a rare, unusual dish that La Maison Nordique offers with this first French Oscetra caviar.
